What is an Integrative Mind-Body Specialist?

I believe true wellness isn't found in a single treatment—it is cultivated through an integrated understanding of who you are. As an Integrative Mind-Body Specialist, I combine the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with the somatic depth of therapeutic bodywork, the grounded presence of yoga and mindfulness, and the clarity of personal growth mentorship. This is not therapy; it is a guided partnership designed for people, especially women, who have built beautiful lives and are ready to feel as whole as they work to be. Whether you are navigating a life transition, carrying stress in your body, or simply seeking deeper alignment, I meet you where you are. Together, we release what no longer serves you and create a foundation for lasting balance—body, mind, and spirit.

Who am I and what are my skill?

I am a native Tennessean and Clarksville long term resident. I began my journey into the healing arts not with a desire to "fix" anyone, but with a quiet knowing that the body holds wisdom the mind often overrides. That knowing first led me to the mat. I completed my first Yoga training at Radiant Yoga in 2014, Shakti Rising in 2015, and final ryt training in 2017 at Moonbeam Yoga in Franklin, Tennessee in 2017. These trainings taught me how to guide others back into their bodies with grace, not force—using breath and movement to quiet the noise and create space for what truly wants to emerge. I discovered that movement alone was only one part of the story. I wanted to understand the deeper architecture of the individual—the unique constitution that shapes how we digest food, emotion, and life itself. I trained as an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor through Kerala Ayurveda in 2016, immersing myself in the ancient science that sees each of us as a dynamic balance of elements, not a collection of symptoms to be managed. It was because of this training in Ayurveda and Panchakarma that I chose to bring the wisdom of touch into this work—to address what is stored in the tissues when the mind cannot release it—I earned my Bodywork certification at the Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in 2019, I learning that skilled, intentional touch can unlock what words alone cannot reach. Today, as an Integrative Mind-Body Specialist at The Drey Ayurvedic Lounge, I bring all of these threads together for the woman who has built a beautiful life but finds herself running on empty. The woman who gives endlessly to everyone else and wonders when it will be her turn to receive. The woman navigating a transition—pre/post menopause, an empty nest, a career shift—and longing to move through it with grace instead of grit. My work is not a spa day, though you will leave feeling deeply restored. It is not therapy, though we will explore the patterns that keep you stuck. It is a partnership: a sacred space where your body becomes the guide, your breath becomes the anchor, and your life begins to feel as whole as you have always wanted it to be. If you are ready to stop managing symptoms and start transforming from the inside out, I would be honored to walk with you.
