Cancellation Policy
Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel at least 12 hours before their scheduled massage or aesthetic appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe require contacting a representative to explore refund or credit options. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% charge of the service fee, not exceeding the total cost if a deposit has been made. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited. Please note that refunds are not processed automatically; customers must call 931-322-3373 to initiate the refund process.
